Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Acorn Energy, Inc., offers a Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan (Plan) that allows participants to reinvest all or a portion of cash dividends paid on Acorn Energy common stock. Enrollment in the Plan is entirely voluntary, and those participating may terminate their participation at any time. Acorn is currently issuing the shares under the plan directly at a 5% discount from the market price.
The Plan will be administered by Acorn's stock transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (AST). Stockholders may obtain a copy of the Plan prospectus and enrollment form by contacting AST toll-free at 877-276-7523 or visiting the AST website at http://www.amstock.com/investpower/new_plandet.asp?CoNumber=01729&PlanType=DIVR.
