Joe B. Cogdell
Joe B. Cogdell joined Acorn Energy, Inc. and its subsidiary, CoaLogix Inc., in January 2009 as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining Acorn Energy and CoaLogix, Joe was a member of the multi-state law firm Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, having practiced in the firm's corporate and securities group in Charlotte, NC for 20 years. For over 30 years Joe has represented public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and business transactions. Joe has been an active volunteer in the Charlotte community having served as past Chairman of the Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation Commission, President of Partners for Parks and Assistant Scoutmaster Boy Scouts of America Troop 3.
